At Aipas, we want to ensure you are fully satisfied with your performance gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible sports equipment and apparel. Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include any documentation or accessories that were part of the initial shipment.

  Ship It Back

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of your returned gear, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
